This UK-US study investigates technology practices of Gen Z and their readiness for and expectations towards working life.

The study explores current technology adoption trends and behaviours amongst this generation, their perceptions of work-life balance and expectations of the working environment organisations should create. Within this we also look at the important issues related to generational co-working, digitisation of workplaces and new labour forms.
